The project was to design and supply a Dump Twist Link to suit current dragline rigging components

We wanted to design a product that would have a lower initial purchase cost but that would meet or exceed the service life achieved with the OEM product

Timeframe and outcomes

This was a 12-month long project to design, trial and supply the product.  The Dump Twist Links supplied meet the criteria to fit the existing rigging components, component service life has exceeded the client’s OEM supplied parts and they have been able to extend the planned service life change out intervals and reduce their running costs lower than expected.
