Our boilermakers are qualified to AS2980. We have up skilled our workforce to include an AS2214 Certificate 10 welding supervisor.

Brett Hampson
Executive General Manager
Brett has an in-depth knowledge of the mining sector, with close to 20 years’ experience in the Bowen basin. During this time, Brett has held positions with a number of high-profile local engineering firms.
Stephen Mounsey
Engineering Manager
Stephen is the Engineering Manager of the business. Stephen is a trade qualified fitter/machinist. Stephen has gained over 12 years of experience in heavy engineering working for some of the world’s largest OEM’s.
Dan Sanderson
Director – Sales and Service
Dan heads up the Sales and Service arm of our business. Dan is a trade qualified fitter/machinist and has worked for over 10 years for major OEMs. Dan specialises in gearing audits, shutdowns, major mechanical projects, component upgrades/design, maintenance strategies and site service support for all of the major mining companies.
Garth Blackburn
Site Services Manager
Garth has been involved with the Bowen basin mining industry for nearly 20 years. During this time, he has gained extensive skills and expertise in the mining sector, which helps ensure that we not just meet – but also exceed – our clients’ expectations.
Sam Reddrop
Operations Manager
Sam is one of our longest serving employees, and has worked his way up through the business from hands on tradesman and PTAW operator to the position of Operations Manager. During his tenure here Sam has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in fabrication and repairs. Sam is also a trade-qualified boilermaker.
