OUR NEW ROLE

Working closely with the Operations Team, our new  position would suit an administration person looking for a new challenge. The role will support the Operations Team with quality assurance, rostering, and general administration duties.  This role will be based in our Mackay Office. 

Please note this is not a FIFO Role. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordinating project and operational resourcing
• Supporting Quality Assurance
• Back up Reception duties
• Updating Registers
• Using mining portals such as ARIBA
• Job set up and reporting
• Rostering

ABOUT YOU

• Administration experience of at least 2 years
• Reception experience
• Be able to build relationships and networks quickly to assist with business growth
• Well-developed computer skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, MYOB EXO, and Business
• Having an understanding of quality assurance, will be highly regarded
• Rostering experience, will be highly regarded
• Experience with Mining or a Fabrication Workshop, will be highly regarded
